- What exactly earns commission?
- Subscription revenue from customers you referred — 20% of it, every month, for their first twelve months. Setup and professional services fees are not included.
- How long does the referral stay attributed to me?
- A visitor who arrives on your link stays attributed to you for 60 days. If they subscribe in that window, the referral is yours.
- When do I get paid?
- Monthly, once your balance passes $50. Payouts run after the referred invoice clears, so a refunded month is not paid out and then clawed back.
- Can I bid on your brand name in ads?
- No. Paid search on "NexaVoxa" and close variants is not allowed — it competes with our own ads and buys traffic that was already coming to us.
- Can I refer my own company?
- No. Self-referrals and referrals to companies you own or work for do not qualify. If you want the product for yourself, talk to sales — there are better terms for that.
- How do I sign up right now?
- By talking to us. The programme is open and the terms on this page are firm, but the partner portal is still being built — so early partners are set up by hand and get their link directly from us. That is a short-term answer, not the shape of the programme.
