1. Data Collection & Processing
NexaVoxa processes data primarily as a service provider (Processor) for our customers (Controllers). We collect:
- Call Data: Audio streams, recordings, and real-time transcripts.
- Metadata: Call duration, timestamps, latency metrics, and SIP signaling data.
- Account Data: Contact information, billing details, and API usage logs.
2. Retention & Purge Policy
By default, all conversational data (recordings and transcripts) is retained for a period of 14 Days to allow for quality assurance and debugging. Following this period, data is automatically and permanently purged from our primary production systems unless a custom retention period has been contractually agreed upon in writing.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Users of NexaVoxa must not utilize the platform for:
- Generating deceptive, fraudulent, or non-consensual voice content.
- Unauthorized automated telemarketing (Robocalling) that violates TCPA or similar local regulations.
- Harassment, impersonation of public figures without authorization, or the dissemination of harmful misinformation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer NexaVoxa's proprietary neural synthesis models.
4. AI Usage & Responsibility Policy
Our AI agents are designed to be assistive and deterministic. Customers are solely responsible for the behavior of their agents, including:
- Configuring system instructions that align with ethical business practices.
- Disclosing to end-users that they are speaking with an AI agent.
- Monitoring agent outputs for unexpected hallucinations or non-compliant behavior.
