By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Platform Usage & Responsibilities

NexaVoxa provides a developer orchestration layer for AI-driven voice automation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
• Ensuring all content and instructions provided to your AI agents comply with applicable laws.
• Obtaining any necessary consents from end-users before recording or processing their voice data.

3. AI and Automation Disclaimer

The Services utilize large language models (LLMs) and neural vocal synthesis. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. NexaVoxa does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of responses generated by agents configured through our platform. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate guardrails and human oversight for mission-critical workflows.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaVoxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute related thereto will be governed by the laws of Lahore, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
